Laughing at you n*ggaz like “ha ha ha”
you do; but you do not have to follow the established conventions.
thats what moneyball is all about- finding overrated things and underrated things and pouncing on the value
in case you dont undestand yet, I think qbs are extremely overrated and in current situation the right strategy is keep drafting new ones every few years if the old ones want 20% of the teams cap.
lol so why not 4980294 million ? why not give qbs blank checks ? lol. Almost none of these deals have been about a QB wanting more, it's about a team & player coming to terms on a deal that works for BOTH sides, a point you don't seem to understand
again, another retarded hyperbole. not only most teams do not have a backup long snapper, a long snapper is not even a part of the 22.
I didnt contradict myself anywhere, I was talking about MY values; not the falcons gm values or your values. my stance is simple.
you clearly are too idiotic to understand this tho
you dont have to tell me anything. Ive forgotten more football than you have watched in your life. and you didnt understand anything in terms of economics
You realize MoneyBall is a baseball economic concept & that the realities of a MLB contract (which is completely guaranteed in a sport with no salary cap) is different than a NFL contract (partially guaranteed with a hard cap). That concept doesn't apply to all sports b/c all sports don't share the same economic structure.
In case YOU haven't realized I think a strategy where you draft and groom a QB only to trade him away when he's reached his prime is not only idiotic, it's counter productive. Cheaper labor doesn't always equal the same level of talent or output. Again, that's a cheap way of building a football team (or any organization for that matter).
Why would anyone seriously advocate giving a QB a blank check or a made up number? Are you that frustrated by your inability to understand that elite level QBs mean more to their team & earn more? You know that every team DOES NOT pay their QB at "$25 million" or even "$15 million". You can penny pinch and get QBs on the cheap, but expect limited returns.
And you bring up the Alex Smith/Kaep situation...how often does that happen in the league? You bring up one instance, outside of an injury to the starting QB that usually doesn't happen.
at the insults. You sound upset that you have a flawed concept of value for an elite QB in a billion dollar sport breh

at you thinking the bold above.

how is that a made up number? You literally just typed some numbers and put a million behind it like it was a real number b/c you got frustrated that you sound like an idiot
