If you want to share details about this on here or PM let me know and if I've got some insight that can help breh I'll send it your way as peak performance is my thing and an area I specialize in.
Not much insight I’m always in pain due to a rare complication of a normal surgery that damn near killed me and they fixed it and fukked me up more while I was in army
Had gallbladder surgery removed woke up next day 9 months pregnant literally keep in mind I was in great shape six pack and u see a big ass belly and man that was the worse pain in my life had me in tears screaming I wish that on no one
So I get taking to ER and I’m stationed in Italy and go to off post hospital in a foreign country and they try to figure out what’s wrong after several test they do get immediate surgery I had a bile obstruction with loose ligaments strangled too
So I stay in hospital but what caused me to get gallbladder cuz of blood work and pain in stomach never went away
So I get out of hospital go to Germany see gastroenterologist do a liver biopsy
Find out I have sarcoidosis in liver
Surgery caused me to get fibromyalgia and IBS
So for me it took years to accumulate to the pain mentally and physically I don’t work out how I use to before I was sick and I really can’t run or not run long
I do walks or walks with weighted vest at times but majority time I use exercise bike with high tension settings at least 20 mins
I lift weights only with my bowflex and use my pull up and dip rack and I do body weight workouts.
I don’t workout long cuz I do not try to exceed my limits i have a set in mind or at least till I feel ya im at my limit
I only workout for 10-20 mins but with little rest I do my bike more than I do workouts tho my bike exercise can be from 20 -60 mins
I workout whatever body part I feel like at that moment in order to be consistent but I do try to keep it to chest arms shoulders back and legs with bowflex but if I ain’t in mood do chest that day I may do arms and shoulders
