Fresh donuts is shytty food now? It’s not the healthiest, but a lot of them taste great and there is nothing wrong with eating a donut every now and then

And why’d you put ‘fresh’ like that makes it more wholesome

Eating a donut every now and then is the complete opposite of "compulsive desire"
At least try to accurately respond to the post you're quoting.
Eating shytty food every now and then and still being able to be healthy doesn't change the fact that the food is shytty nutritionally.
And why’d you put ‘fresh’ like that makes it more wholesome![]()
No we aren'tOnce you get to your late 30s the body begins a speed run toland.

All becomes secondary to supporting the kids and family![]()
I'm lazy af, work from home, got chirrun, and I'd rather play the station or the box.
However...
I'm naturally slim and I eat very well, hardly any junk food etc... I figure the moment my metabolism slows down and I start getting pudgy I'll start working out. Until then my lazy ass gon enjoy the ride![]()
The average person already does this without working out and most people are working damn desk jobs.
Older men with kids and family have less time.
It more convenient to just eat cleaner.
Because people will look like them in 6 months if they stop posting? That Johnathan Majors-Michael B Jordan thread exposed a lot of ya'll
The amount of hours some of ya'll spend on here could be used working out and getting into shape

I responded accurately. He responded to a poster saying he eats a donut occasionally and irrationally translated that statement to “compulsive desire” Make that make sense. Obviously you and him lack nuance on this particular matter.
Now... i understand the truth in "occasionally" eating shytty food without real consequences...Sometimes. This is why you work out, so you can enjoy the occasional donut. You only live once, and it's not forever. Can't Chicken breast, and white rice your way through life.
Anyone experience losing interest in lifting and the gym and struggling to get it back? How y’all bounced back?
I don't want to do this shyt today...." I go and end up feeling better. Never have I left the gym feeling bad or like I wasted time.Because people will look like them in 6 months if they stop posting?![]()

‘Dudes like him’ could go YEARS without a donut. Thats the flaw in your thinking that all of us have that desire and that working out and eating right is a grind and takes sacrifice. It ain’t bruh. I love this shytBreh don’t even waste your time. Dudes like him don’t understand nuance. Notice how he brought up stress based reward centered eating and childhood eating habits and an inability to break them out of nowhere? He constructed an entire scenario in his mind all because I said “you only live once enjoy that donut.”. Like if you said “yeah breh have a beer it ain’t gonna kill you” his mind would automatically say “alcoholic”. His thought lack cohesion so it’s either all or nothing in his world.

Thanks for replying bro. Yeah I’m grateful that lately i have been going despite being off my square. But for me it’s akin to not going at all because when i go, I only do 1-2 excercises and bounce within 15 mins. That’s what got me feeling like yo wtf is up with meFor starters, just keep going. Even when you feel mentally like shyt and don't want to. There's been weeks in a row where Ive been like "I don't want to do this shyt today...." I go and end up feeling better. Never have I left the gym feeling bad or like I wasted time.
I sign up for events. I'll usually run 5ks, 5 mile, 10ks or half marathons. If there's an event coming up, it's kind of like a deadline but it's also a goal or benchmark. I set a goal in my mind and see if I can achieve it.
