‘Dudes like him’ could go YEARS without a donut. Thats the flaw in your thinking that all of us have that desire and that working out and eating right is a grind and takes sacrifice. It ain’t bruh. I love this shyt :unimpressed:


Of course everyone has vices and occasional favorites but from my experience if you gotta get so defensive over your right to let loose a “few times” you ain’t built for this long term brotha.

It’s the discipline while you’re relatively young, and/or single, with youthful energy that creates that muscle memory. Bc when folk get older, and have kids, and have more stress, and ain’t trying to impress a chick no more…. that ‘aww it’s just a donut’ is gon turn into ‘aww just fukk it’ :yeshrug:

You don’t ask questions or exercise any common sense…you just jump to conclusions.I haven’t had a donut in years, but I say “go ahead and have that donut” and you don’t see occasional treat you see Homer Simpson in hell being force fed donuts. In my experiences it’s people like you that ain’t built for this. You live your life in this fashion because you can’t turn the switch off. You have to live a life of complete structure because otherwise you’ll lose control. But for people like me that are up at 4am, 6 days a week for almost 2 decades we don’t have that issue.

Ya'll better than me doing OMAD. I gotta eat :pachaha:What's your one meal look like?

I do OMAD as well and fast once per week. Currently in a deficit to cut.

My meals look like this:

Breakfast: 175g of 0% Fage, 100g of blueberries, 100g of grapes. 1 tbps of Flax seeds and Chia Seeds

Lunch/Dinner: Protein heavy healthy homemade dish that is 300-500cal: Salmon, Chicken Parm, Egg Salad, Pizza, Turkey Sloppy Joe, etc... 300g of green vegetable (broccoli, green beans)

Snacks: 1/2 cup of Ezekial Cereal or Oatmeal, 4oz of Oatmilk, cashews, 28g

Calories on weekday (only eat 6 days a week): 1,500 avg
4,000 cal meal on weekend as my splurge meal.

Workout routine:
5x per week, strength train 45-60mins
5x per week, 20-30 min jog at 10-11' pace or 30 min longboard session

I also train fasted. Only black coffee as a pre.

I even OMAD my 4,000 cal cheat meal because it's damn near impossible to eat that in one sitting so I always stay in super deficit. I'm a greedy ass ni99a and it's easier to smash all my food in one sitting. It keeps me from overconsuming by spreading it out

excersize and control of what food you put in your mouth is all you need....

imagine if nikkas could get rich and own a house just by not eating bad food and excersizing 30 minutes a day...

There’s no excuse. Everyone can fit in at least ONE hour a day. And if you can’t, you’re just bad at time management. You have time to post on the Coli but no time to bench press for 30 minutes? :martin:
The human brain is something. If you do anything long enough you’ll find a way to rationalize it. There’s legit killers who pray for the strength to kill their ‘opps’…so best believe nggas will convince themself they have ZERO time to workout

i goto a Mediterranean spot around one of my client's office every other day...

i ask for the same shyt... minus rice/pita all the time...

it's easy if you have any sense of self control
