I have to agree with winb here. I support legal paternal surrender rights for men. It would de-incentivize people who aren't ready to have kids into not having kids.

my argument is that at every point once you're pregnant you have the option to walk away from the responsibility of a child so why can't he have that same option?

you had sex and got knocked up you realize its a mistake and terminate the baby or give it up for adoption. why do you get to make a mistake and rectify it at any point you want to at your own leisure but if he makes that mistake he's just along for the ride of what you decide?
