They should've gave you a waiver for that. Depends on your branch though. I know ppl with tats on their knuckles and shytYep I was gonna go went through meps and all that I had to get a waiver for my acl mcl and meniscus tear and when I finally got it they said I was disqualified cuz Ihad a couple tats below my elbows I guess they passed a thing where u can't have tats I'm ur arms since April 1 I would have got in if the waiver came sooner
It was the army after they told me that I was over it kinda glad nowThey should've gave you a waiver for that. Depends on your branch though. I know ppl with tats on their knuckles and shyt
Depends on the branch. Last I checked it was 33 or something but you can always check and ask.How is the military in general with age waivers? I've read of people getting in the Marines in their early 30s with waivers, but IDK how true it is...
Story! Story! Story!. Come on man don't hold out

I know Army is like 33-34....Marines is like 27-28...Depends on the branch. Last I checked it was 33 or something but you can always check and ask.
Mine did. They can't curse at you? Pretty pathetic.
I've never once heard of a company commander getting in on stuff like that. Hell, I only saw my CO twice throughout basic.
In my 32 week AIT I only saw my CO 5 times. Sports days, entrance, and graduation.

Air Force is out of the question since their cutoff is 27, and it's like the hardest branch to get into (from what I gather)
Navy told me some bullshyt about having too many traffic citations (but their cut-off is around the same as the Army. So unless my recruiter was full of shyt, Navy's out of the question)...
I'm willing to give 2-3 years (if I were younger I'd sign on for longer) to the Marines, but fukk it if I wouldn't be able to get a waiver....
Get ready for monotonous pointless mind games. Like standing while bending over and picking up a pen & then putting it back down for 30 minutes straight and yelling some numbers while doing it. Shyte gets you light headed...or sitting in a chair and standing back up. Sit down. Stand up. Or holding a book out in front of you while reading it at the top of your lungs for 30 minutes. Your arms gets tired after jus 5 mins. Our Company Commanders literally had by the book time limits for dumb exercises like that.
Other than that it wasn't too bad physically. I've been an athlete all my life and throughout college so it wasn't about being in shape for me. Jus the mind games. To this day I still think those drill sergeants/company commanders are mentally disturbed. Their mind isn't right.
