Who cares if she consented to the video? Was it sexual assault? That's the charge, correct? If the charge was illegal recording or whatever then we have a discussion

the charge could be whatever. I'm asking a lot of questions and if I don't like the answer I'm not protesting shyt.

I want all the answers before I put myself out there to defend my teammates.

So if they are charging the players with sexual assault and it comes out it wasn't but the act was illegally recorded are we applauding the players for the boycott?

Do we applaud if the tape is being circulated and she feels violated?

When I was in college when something like alleged sexual assault happened even if things didn't go to court the school could remove you from campus, they would dig until they found something.

Like I said before, I get it if they were protesting because people not involved were being charged. If that ain't why they're protesting they're stupid.

I haven't read through the thread, but; according to Bomani's show Friday night, ol girl wasn't even tryna have sex with the first two dudes she was with and there wasn't any drugs/alcohol involve, let alone the dudes who joined in after those two.

Has there been any new info?

This sounds like rape and dude's not knowing what consent is.

:comeon: Bomani he is a black feminist plus a down low

Yes, I'm applauding until they change the charge to the appropriate crime. Then I'll stop the boycott. Easy

what I've heard already sexual assault is the appropriate charge for all but the first guy involved. That's if you believe the statement of the victim in the police report. Regardless, I believe they already stopped the boycott. Probably because they just got the info they should've waited for in the first place.

I judge ppl by their views, not their "crew"

I've yet to hear/read Bo' on some foul stuff on men/women dynamics

He's good in my book on that subject

He mostly advocates us to be open minded to the stuff they go through...kinda how we demand it from white people

My bad. Thought it passed but they pulled back on it
Everything about that Missouri law was dumb

The fact they made that law says enough. Funny thing is if you get into that article, part of the reason they pulled the bill is if they put rules for punishing student athletes like that, it would imply the students are employees and that could have been used to sue for athlete salaries :mjlol:

Keep black folk in their place or make money? The man's going to make money. :smugbiden:

Nikkas gonna need a contract just to fukk a chick :francis: but I always thought trains were sus af whether chick agreed or not

But the University ain't shyt either for turning it's backs on the players as they were only looking to cover themselves without having all the facts first. When are athletes gonna wake up and realized they are only walking $$$ for the NCAA?
