Anyways, I finally got my girl to start being proactive about exercise after hearing her talk over and over again about wanting to.
She currently is about 174 @ 5 foot 8. As you could imagine she got some meat in her thighs, a big (nice

) ass and some pudge in her tummy. She has begun using my fitness pal I think and says she wants to lose 10 pounds and maintain that wait.
Not ambitious enough to me, but this is about her. Babysteps as well...my hope is once she gets into the swing of things she will be a part of the "lifestyle" and continue slendering.
Her goals to put it simply:
Toning her body (mainly arms and legs)
Flattening her stomach/improving her core area
And if I might add, I would prefer that she gets more slim/slender

What are some exercises or regimes that I should ensure are a staple in her workouts?
How many calories should she be eating a day to get down to 160 Lbs?
Would hitting the treadmill be a waste of time?
I would GREATLY appreciate any advice!
