It is a lot but it's worth it. If you walk past the 30-minute mark is when it shows its value. In the past, you had to walk all the time so it was easier to burn off what you ate.2-3 hours is a lot for most people. Hard to find 2-3 hours a day just to walk. It'd be even better to combine walking/cardio as part of your daily routine. I'm gonna be biking to my train station before and after work to get in at least 30 mins of LISS cardio. Reminds of when I was in college and would walk about 4-5 miles a day just getting to and from my classes, library and dorm. Was a good way to keep the weight gain at bay.
