yea. u lose 1-3lbs a week on the diet, in the first two weeks i dropped the quickest weight, almost 8 pounds. the last two weeks have been slower, im assuming ill be in the 1-2lb range the next three weeks and slowly in the 1lb range from there on out.

Last week was damn near impossible, long work hours, uneven eating schedule, bad meals (some of that self-inflicted) and I could not workout Friday-Sunday.

All that said I only gained .6 pounds for the week :heh:

Already back on program today and happy to be there.

Looking At My Window All I Really Would Skipping Is Breakfast

Wouldn't Even Be Skipping It Would Just Be Later Then Usual, I Dont Late Night Snack So I Dont See This Be An Issue

Im Wondering If I Should Jump Right Into A 16-8 Regimen Or Should I Build Up By Doing 1 24 Hour Fast Once A Week For A Month? Think It's A Waste Of A Month?
