Not Gonna Be Able To Access A Gym Anytime In The Immediate Future But I Try And Do What I Can With The Calisthenics And DumbBells I Have In The Crib. I Just Got A Small Flat Bench So Ive Been Able To Expand My Set Variation. So Im Doing Bench Press And Flys With Those, Just Working With That I Got Right Now.

I Used To Be Real Into Weights In HS, I Took Body D For Like 2 Years, I Stopped The Weights After HS And Started Slowly Gaining Weight BUT I Attribute My Upper Body To That Lifting I Did In HS. I Dunno If That Makes Sense But I Feel It Really "Molded" Me In A Way, Even At My Fattest Ive Always Had A Good Upper Body, Solid Shoulders And A Decent Chest

But Getting Back To The Point, For Now Im On Dumb Bell Routine At Home With My Flat Bench

Stayed 100% Committed, No Cheating, And As Of Today Im Down 30lbs

Mind You Im Not Where I Wanna Be, I Def Need To Lose More Weight But I Had A Fellow Poster PM Me About What I Was Doing And How He Had Some Struggles Losing And Occasionally Cheating. Im Far From A Poster Boy For Losing Weight, Just A Regular Dude Who Started Eating Better And Exercising.

Just Wanted To Let The Guys Out There That Are Having Trouble Know Just Stick With It Bruhs. shyt Becomes So Routine It's Not Even A Diet Anymore It's Just Everyday Life.

Watch Ya Calorie Intake And Stop Forcing Ya'self To Eat Nasty shyt You Dont Like, You Can Eat And Lose Weight Eating GOOD Food, Look Up Recipes, Get Creative With Your Dinner, Eat Low Calorie Snacks, Sip On Gatoraid When You're Tired Of Water, If You Gave Up Bread Occasionally Have Some Wheat Bread, Eat That shyt As Toast In The Morning With Some Low Cal I Cant Believe It's Not Butter

A Big Thing People Struggle With Is "Giving Up" That Devily Delicious "Good Food"

You Dont Have To Eat Salads And Celerey Sticks And Lower You're Moral For Eating, That Sets You Up For Failure.

This Past Memorial Day Weekend I Had 4 Days Off And Ate The Most I Have In Damn Near 2 Months, Im Talking I Had RIBS With BBQ Sauce, Yellow Rice, Porkchops, BBQ'd Shrimp, A fukking Chicken Sandwich From Checkers, And Guess What, I Weighed Myself On Tuesday And I Lost 3lbs From When I Last Weighed Myself 10 Days Before That

How?

Cuz I Knew I Was Gonna Eat That shyt For Dinner So I Made Sure I Had A Lower Calorie Intake Through The Daytime, Drank A Ton Of Water, Ran And Walked Hardbody, Did A Little Bit Of Weight Training And Went To The Pool And Swam For 2 Of The 4 Days

Dont Think Of It As A Chore My Chunky Brothers, Get Ya Mind Right 1st, Then Get Informed (MMS Already Put Up A Nice Tutorial For People) And Also Have Fun With It

This Fell To The Last Page, I Just Wanna Make Sure The Guys Struggling Read The Part About Eating Good Food.

Good thread.

I started a diet/fitness plan in February. Down to 225-ish from a highest of 285. I still have cravings for sweets and I'm having issues transitioning to a meatless dirt. Nothing wrong with beef and pork, I just eat way too much of it and I feel 'cleaner' ever since I eliminated it from my diet. This thread will be additional motivation, I'd like to be down to 200 by the end of summer.

i aint gonna tell you what to eat and what not to eat

but 90% of most conditions that arent genetic(HBP, diabetes etc) come from being overweight as opposed to what diet they are on

if you cook your food properly and either eat balanced meals or get most of your necessary vitamins

you should be straight :manny:

Good thread brehs:

I dropped from 255ish to about 210 two years ago. I hadn't worked out in years. Got back up to 220ish until two months or so ago and wanted to get serious again. Hovering around 190-195 now. I'm about to lock in on another round of bootcamp workouts for 30 days and attempt a 10K in July.

The info MMS put up works. I learned a lot from OCMF on macros, shyt works. After the 10K I have to get on the weight training.

Nice thread.
I'm so disappointed in myself. I started p90x the end of March and quit after the 1st month was over.:sadcam: I don't know what happened. I was doing so well.

But forreal though that healthy eating thing has always been my problem. I thought I had to be snacking on apples and oranges every meal, smh.
I can give up on the pop and junk food. the only thing I won't give up on is white bread. Gotta have my tuna sammiches.

This thread inspired me to get back on it. Tomorrow. Just need to stay motivated.

OT: Y'all are some very attractive fellows.:shaq:
