No soda challenge?

I'm down :birdman: although that means I'll have to give up alcohol too :sadbron:

Question - how do we feel about crunches?

Dumb question...What's the difference between Diet Pepsi & Pepsi Max?

Except for an Odwalla Superfood smoothie,I've been drinking nothing but water for the past week. I was told that if I attempt this as well as dieting and doing some exercising,I would have a irritable attitude for awhile...That turned out to be true, lol

How slow should a person lose weight when trying to avoid loose skin?

At the moment, I have a ways to go:sadbron:
My only concern is saggy skin. Any tips on how to not have that happen?

ETA: I'm not working with a gym membership. This is going to be a purely done at home weightloss.
I have a treadmill, bands and some workout dvds. I can't afford much else, brehs.

So yea...any advice?

lifting will alleviate most loose skin issues

if you are losing between 1-3lbs a week, you should be ok.

moisturize all the time if possible
