you only lose overall body fat
you lose body fat, but being in a caloric deficit
you lose exclusively bodyfat if you are in a deficit and lifting

Brehs, I'm trying to work more protein into my diet while my exercise is pretty strenuous for the next month or so. I haven't eaten eggs in years but was thinking of doing that for breakfast. What's a good method for that without blowing my calorie intake? I usually eat no more than 200 calories for breakfast.
I'm trying to go no higher than 1500 per day. I don't east red meat or chicken.
