^^^...belly fat breh??? How do I get rid of it and keep it gone. Just started working back out in the beginning of March or so. I lost about 5 pounds, but I'm getting stronger like a mugg.

However, how do I get rid of this belly and keep it off. So i'm lifting, doing cardio on the bike, jump rope, and basic crunches and machines they have here....but either the belly is just stubborn or how I'm eating is not doing anything to keep it down. Real quick before Memorial Day I actually had the belly down considerably, but all that food from Memorial Day weekend just wrecked shop...now i'm back to the beer belly........

What am I doing wrong or right?? suggetions...

there is no such thing as spot reduction with fat loss

you only lose overall body fat

you lose body fat, but being in a caloric deficit

you lose exclusively bodyfat if you are in a deficit and lifting

follow my guide to the T with a good lifting routine, you will lose your gut

Brehs, I'm trying to work more protein into my diet while my exercise is pretty strenuous for the next month or so. I haven't eaten eggs in years but was thinking of doing that for breakfast. What's a good method for that without blowing my calorie intake? I usually eat no more than 200 calories for breakfast.

I'm trying to go no higher than 1500 per day. I don't east red meat or chicken.

you read the guide? :birdman: you can lower that ratio depending on what your working with

5'9, 190, 30 plus:old:

I'm down from 220ish on 3/1/12

Trying to keep it at 1,500 cals for maximum fat loss

i would tone it to 1700 but thats just me

as far as getting protein

1)consider a protein shake
2 scoops @ 20-25g + 20oz milk will end up being 60-70g protein right there

2)what do you like eating? i eat steaks, tuna packets, chicken wings, pork chops you name it

key is emphasizing the meat serving, add a dinner roll or a small baked potato

it doesnt have to be complicated if you focus on the protein first when building a meal

strong weight loss though from 220. :clap:
