im 2 inches taller than you and 151lbs

kooked is inch shorter than me and 165, but hes had years of lifting

i would worry less about your weight and make a decision if you want to cut remaining fat(which you have plenty of, nothing personal) or starting a bulk

IMO cut to 160 and make a decision from there

i think youll look dramatically different, but youll like it more than youd think

I'm gonna lurk the gym so I can get my motivation back. I can't seem to get below 180. I'm 195 now, but last month I was like 189. I keep stopping, eating bullshyt, then getting back to it. The good thing though is I've been lifting for a few years now. Albeit not every day, but I've made some good gains. One of my jump offs felt my traps and she was like :krs:

Now I just gotta get rid of the gut and man boobs :to:

so technically what i eat isnt bullshyt, i just dont eat the "really" bad stuff if you wanna look at it that way

At 2-3lbs a week you won't get that

Fat loss is the goal not body tissues in general, commit to a new lifestyle or little will change

Cutting soda alone probably accounted for 40 of the lbs I lost tho. Changing your diet isn't as extreme as people let on

@ 7-10 lbs i hope you have alot of shyt to lose

3500 cals in a lb of fat, you would need a deficit of over 1500 cals a day to sniff that number

your expectations are unrealistic
