How did you resolve this? i tried using a metamucil and it helps, but it also has a few calories.

according to mms, even intense activity doesn't warrant an "intense activity factor" # when running the calc for a cut. i actually am very inclined to agree w him. i work out hard 6-7 days a week and i need to cut back even more on my cals than i already have.

I think MMS said this also but I'm going to split the difference to 1700. 1534 just isn't realistic considering the level of workouts I'm doing basically every day.

workout activity fluctuates and what may seem like backbreaking work, may end up burning a whopping 100-150 calories
but if you assume you always burn such and such number, but you arent? well you gonna be lookin at that scale and the scale gonna be lookin back at you like![]()
