how much did you weigh when you first figured your maintenance?
Initially back in March I was going of 220-225, can't remember exactly.
Between you and OCMF we have re calibrated so I don't think that's it.
From March until this month I was really on running and doing push-ups. This month I've been doing bootcamp camps a 5:45 every morning for an hour. It's not lifting weights (going push them barbells soon) but it has clearly more muscle resistance involved than what I was doing. I'm thinking I was losing more everything (muscle, fat, etc) until this month and to some degree so of the gains have be zeroing out
