The ADD Update: 8/2/2012
Brehs I was struggling from the third week of July through the end. Mentally and physically I was tapped out. Cruising through workouts and my weight was holding right at 180. I think being that dialed in on cardio and body weight combined with being strict on the diet every single day broke me a little.
All that said I took a break diet wise (eating a maintenance) based on threads and suggestion here and got through the last 10 days of camp. Last weekend I pretty much ate what I wanted but I was sick so it wasn't too bad. Monday morning I was at 184-185. Joined the gym and caught them at the right time to get some personal training sessions free.
I'm going to work with them a few times a week for the next month just to get by base and technique right since this is going to be part of the regular routine. Definitely looking at more protein on lift days but still trying to run 500-600 below maintenance. I'm not going to worry about the scale to much unless I start gaining rapidly. Already worked of the 4-5 pounds as of this morning so I'm back at 180.
