Because a lot of talent aren't going to be long for that role due to having dreams and aspirations for themselves. It's why I said they should give it to one of those SC women that will view it as a promotion and not someone that will use it as a stepping stone.

Molly stayed 10 years in that role, which is a long ass time for a lot of people and arguably worked against her in the long run.
