Facts I’ve always said I’d rather meet my wife regular and broke than caked up and rich. Yea you may get better quality physically but still get no peace and respect even though you got it like that. Facts once you realize most women have no concept of money you understand why they say the things they doOne thing I've learned dealing and interacting with women is a lot of them truly don't have a grasp or understand the concept of money management. Some of the baddest women with decent jobs are literally check to check or drowning in debt trying to front or live a certain lifestyle and are out and about every weekend just giving and having fun. I'm not going to knock it do your thing. But it's crazy to expect a potential mate to come in and just find that lifestyle while still maintaining his especially If y'all aren't married or in a long term committed relationship. I've bushed chics that hit me up for light bill money and they literally just came off a trip...... But I also got called broke by a few as well too since I choose not to spend my money the way they think I should. Brehs should just ignore chics that move like this off first contact. Don't even entertain the foolishness. It's the only way things will start correcting themselves.

You could live in a cheaper DC suburb and commute to work or work remotely and pop up in DC on the weekends for activities. But a lot of people want that big city influencer type lifestyle so they will live paycheck to paycheck to get it

Beyond that COL is really not that bad and you can control it more. When I was younger I went on multiple international trips a year and went out every weekend on around $50k salary. My rent was sub $1000 though. I know someone in NYC who lived the same quality of life on the same kind of salary so it's doable IF your housing situation is locked in

It’s a numbers game and unfortunately a lot of BW still play the field like it’s not. The ratio of well off to do BM to BW is lopsided compared to most races. BW who moderately have their self together are competing with a small pie of “eligible” BM. Numbers and game dictates if you want to get THOSE BM unless you look like Jordyn Woods or SZA you have to up your game. Being bitter and angry is just going to exasperate the problem.
A lot of women need to go to the locker room and make half time adjustments
