I had to do this man, they upped my rent from 625 to 850 because they decided to upgrade the entire complex

then I actually moved into a cheaper apartment than the one I was living in..now i live beneath my means and am saving a grip of cash

Not sure in sq ftage but its not that big. Walk-in closet, decent sized bed area, bathroom is quite small actually. I think I may get a roomate for a year and stack some cash to get a down payment for a home next year. A year ago, I was paying 650 (with water and trash) in a decent area....now, that shyt is long gone around the city (atl/smyrna/perimeter)
