Harden WAS always playing on All Star teams though. Wtf? Lol.

Wade was PURPOSELY given a WOAT level roster for 3 straight years. He still made the playoffs in 2 of those 3 years. He was also the best player on the Olympic team alongside the best players of that era.

The year they missed the playoffs, Wade was averaging 25ppg on 46% and that was considered a bad year for him (missed 31 games but the team started the year awful anyways before they shut Wade down).

Harden has ALWAYS been next to a Hall.of Famer. He's played with much better teams than Wade and never played for a team intentionally not signing good players.
If Wade is so much better and playing in a weaker conference that should even out right?

And we are really hyping dudes off resume, not how they played with Harden. In 2015, Dwight played half the year and avg 16 ppg. Rockets in 18 had the best record and went to game 7 of the WCF despite 33 yr old CP3 missing 24 games and the last 2 games of the series. Check the rest of that roster. Going on and on about these dudes is equivalent to harping on the likes of Mourning, Payton, Shaq, Walker, JO, Marion, Butler, Rondo that Wade played with...disingenuous. We know they werent at their best.

And they never even made the 2nd rd. Its not like Harden was playing with all star teams and he was in the west.
Their 2nd best player in the 2010 quarterfinals vs Boston was Mario Chalmers who averaged 10.8 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. Michael Beasley at 10.4 points with 3 assists all series was the only other guy to average 10 points. Their starting center shot 20% from the field for the whole series. You expect Wade to drag that team past Boston? He had to outscore the Celtics in the 4th quarter of game 4 on his own to avoid a sweep. The 2008-09 and 2009-10 Heat probably lose 135-140 games for those two seasons without Wade.

You said the ceiling was the 2nd rd. I responded to that. I am not saying Wade aint great. shyt I am saying he is better than Harden. But we cant say its not close AND cop all these pleas and spin facts. Wade got his share of disappearing acts or fukkups with quality teammates too.

If you know me, you know I am no Harden guy by any stretch. But if we keeping it a buck all Wade got on him is 06 and Bron spite. As the unquestioned guy at his apex dude was missing the playoffs or first rd fodder in the east. He had his less than shining big game moments himself with apex Bron beside him. Harden has played with talent but never anyone as good as peak Bron. 35 year old Wade is not doing what Harden did this year in terms of keeping the Clippers in the mix while Kawhi missed more than half the season.
Thanks for writing a composition on how ftbs don’t know shyt about basketball, we gonna devalue wade to big up James Harden? Are you ok? :mjlol:

But we’ve seen harden play with all stars and still lose in the east tho. :dahell:

He’s lost in the east and west. :dead:

This is horrible comparison no context. Mourning and those dudes were at the end of their careers. These weren’t dudes on the back end of their primes like Dwight, KD, Kyrie, Kawhi, Westbrook, CP3 and all the other cast members Harden played and lost with. All those guys on that 2006 Heat team RETIRED within a 2yrs of that title. These dudes were castaway status. I’ll give you butler/wade in Chicago. Thassit! It’s not comparable Wades non LeBron supporting cast to hardens decade+ long all star/hof supporting cast. :dead:

It was always a ridiculous sentiment :mjlol: , but no matter how many playoff blunders due to Harden suffering from mental midgetry, there's gonna be people who still say this shyt and believe in him every dayum season just to be let down come playoff time.

It's like he could do no wrong to them.

Wade has always been better than Harden; 3 rings prove that, and Wade never showcased being a mental midget in the postseason; he had the dog in him and never disappeared or became shy under pressure in high-stake games, unlike Harden.

I think Harden's seasons in Houston have clouded people's ability to see and judge him appropriately, I also think he's benefiting from the “Curry effect” and what I mean is that when he was in Houston, Harden used to launch a bunch of 3s with a lot of big scoring games, fancy dribbles, step backs, etc so there's a lot of fans who dikkride Harden because of those things.

They're not ranking Harden higher than Wade because of what they perceive to be NBA success, but rather they believe he's more skilled than Wade because of all the 3-point shooting, fancy crossovers, step-backs, etc.

The only real knocks against Wade as a player were his bad 3 ball and his frequently being hurt in the playoffs. It cost them the title in 2005 and nearly cost them the title in 2013.

Thats the point. The discussion of teammates lacks context...you just throwing names out there. I laid out what those guys were actually doing and what the team, led by Harden, was doing.

28-31 year old Harden could win a couple rings with prime Bron. Outside of the Thunder with 24 yr old Wade (the only real separator between them), what team that Harden was on fares not just better but not even close its an insulting comparison better with that version of Wade? 3rd time asking. I will accept that you have no response and are dodging the question and move on after this attempt.

All those Rockets teams, the Philly team that got bounced by Miami, replace wade with harden and those rockets teams at least getting to the finals. Replace wade with harden on that Philly squad, they at least getting to the ECF. We’ve seen how wade does with a solid big man. We saw post bron “washed” Wade get to game 7 of the 2nd round with Whiteside, washed deng, Joe Johnson and a solid goran dragic. Wades two way ability was a huge reason why those heattles had success. Harden prime or otherwise not guaranteed to get to the finals in 2011 as dynamic duo with bron. We saw him fail as a 6th man with limited responsibility in the 2012 finals. Ironically, when being guarded by Dwade. You keep saying 2006 is the seperator, but that’s kinda the point. We’ve seen wade win with rag tag castaways. We’ve seen harden constantly fail with guys who were still making all stars. Without 2006, wade is still a 2 time champion as a 2nd option off guard. Harden as a 2nd option PG still lost. In the east…

6th man harden still lost(granted in the finals).

Lead SG guard harden still lost in Houston under a favorable system and coach.

Multiple iterations of Harden, with the volume of teammates he’s bad, while playing various roles, under various responsibilities, while playing in both conferences in varying divisions have still lost, and it makes the competition between the two all the more favorable to Wade. Choose an iteration of Harden and the results are the same. :yeshrug:

His Houston teams are better teams with Wade. With Dwight and CP3, Wade is a better fit and can actually play in a system. Wade under Dantoni is also averaging 30/10 and those teams do better because the players for better with Wade. Especially CP3 and Dwight.

The Nets team is definitely better with Wade. This Clippers team is better with a 35yo Wade. He gave you 15ppg in 26mpg his last year. Those numbers would be around 22 on 45%. He also plays off the ball and allows Kawhi the freedom to do his thing.

Also, the defense is MUCH better with Wade.

Boy, the Wade apologists are back in full force in this thread! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

As the unquestioned guy at his apex dude was missing the playoffs or first rd fodder in the east. He had his less than shining big game moments himself with apex Bron beside him. When I've said EVERYTHING you are saying today, I got labeled a hater. You're not wrong and you never been one to fall into groupthink...
Wade missed the playoffs in years where he missed 30+ games and the rest of the team aged like the bad guy from Indiana Jones & the last crusade when he drank from the wrong grail. He went out in the first round when his best teammates were the corpse of Jermaine O’Neal, Michael Beasley, and Mario Chalmers. Nobody besides Wade on the 2009 heat averaged even 14 points for the year and the 2010 squad wasn’t any better. Joel Anthony played 80 games and started 16 of them. Beasley and O’Neil were the 2 and 3 on that team. Raefer Alston and Carlos Arroyo made a combined 60 starts at point guard. Even with Wade those teams had a ceiling of a 2nd round exit.
Wade's non-LeBron, non-Shaq career was 8.5 years. Entirely in The East, by the way, which I've been told was so weak any great player could've dominated----->except any great player didn't, including Wade:

2004: 42 wins, 1-1 playoffs (beat Hornets 🤣)
2008: 15 wins, missed playoffs
2009: 43 wins, 0-1 playoffs (L to Hawks 🤣)
2010: 47 wins, 0-1 playoffs (L to Celtics)
2015: 37 wins, missed playoffs
2016: 48 wins, 1-1 playoffs (beat Hornets, L to Raptors 🤣)
2017: 41 wins, 0-1 playoffs (L to Baby Celtics 🤣)
2018: 44 wins, 0-1 playoffs (L to Sixers 🤣)
2019: 39 wins, missed playoffs

So in 9 years without two of the 10 greatest players EVER flanking him, Wade's teams won an average of 39.6 wins/year; never won 50 games; were 2-6 (.250) in playoff series----->with BOTH victories being over the historically dominant, juggernaut Hornets franchise 🤣

Even if you just condense this simply to his prime, in '08 he was hurt. '09 and '10, Rd1 L's, only respectable one being to EC champ Boston. But yall want nikkas to believe a guy was SUCH a great player, he couldn't win a series vs the Atlanta Hawks franchise who ain't done shyt?

Its funny, if you line up his Shaq/Bron years:

2005: 59 wins, 2-1 playoffs (L ECF)
2006: 52 wins, 4-0 playoffs (CHAMPIONS)
2007: 44 wins, 0-1 playoffs
2011: 58 wins, 3-1 playoffs (L Finals)
2012: ~57 wins, 4-0 playoffs (CHAMPIONS)
2013: 66 wins, 4-0 playoffs (CHAMPIONS)
2014: 54 wins, 3-1 playoffs (L Finals)

So in 7 years with two GOAT10 guys, his teams won an average of 55.7 wins/year (16-win increase); had a 60-win year and won 50 6 of 7 years; and were 20-4 (.833) in the playoffs 🤣

With tgis dramatic gap yall expect mf's to think this nikka dont owe 80% of his career success to Shaq or Bron? We saw what Wade did when he didnt have those two guys next to him---->and frankly Harden's results and carry job are much more impressive, as he won more in a superior conference without a Shaq or Bron on his team...

Harden would have at least 3 rings of he had the luxury of playing with those guys. He was a better basketball player than Wade...
2 Versions of KD, 2 versions of Westbrook, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Kyrie, Kawhi, Embiid, Vs 4yrs of Bron and a broke down Shaq?

:usure:

Bron is one of the goats, but let’s be serious. :mjlol:

The fact that harden has played with multiple guys that can be mentioned with bron, is kinda the point. Even if you wanna say “such and such wasn’t at their peak when they played with harden” you can throw a dart at another harden sidekick and find one who was at their peak when they played with harden. Most of these names were at least still All Star caliber when they got with harden. :mjlol:

It’s not comparable. That’s like 7 future hall of famers. And 7 guys on the top 75 all time list. There’s about 4 MVPs between them too. And a couple of DPoy candidates too, so harden was never tasked with carrying a defensive load. And these are guys who have proven they can win titles outside of harden.. And yet dude lost with all of them. :dead:

Bbbut wade had Shaq and bron.
lmao heeeeerrrrreeeeee wweeeeeee ggggggoooooooo 🤣

Harden has ALWAYS been next to a Hall.of Famer. He's played with much better teams than Wade and never played for a team intentionally not signing good players.

Hall of famers, dpoys, etc on harden teams. Playing in dantoni system that catered to his skillset. Played for morey who catered to his skillset and the analytics.

Im taking Hardens teammate volume compared to Wades. If wade wasn’t playing with bron, he was playing with Jamario moon as a teammate. Wade supporting casts were always very extreme. Bron left, CB got blood clots, and that was it. Until Whiteside became a diamond in the rough and they got Dragic and Lual deng and Joe Johnson. Compare that to harden post OKC! :dead:
The Wade apologists trip me the fukk out...

Give Harden same teams Wade had, he's matching his success rate...

Give Wade Harden's teams? Wade couldn't win in the INFERIOR conference, this nikka would probably miss the playoffs every year in The West with Harden's teams...

Yall nikkas love fronting on Harden, and in case yall forgot...

I have Wade over Harden All-Time. Because playoffs do matter, Harden aint got an '06, and Wade was more consistently good in The Tournament...

Bit I stand by Harden being a better basketball player, and abhor you nikkas excusing Wade's record like he has some flawless resume...
