Yeah you're making a point that @Ronnie Lott isn't making. I really don't think the league is going to send people to every player's home to search to see if they are owning any guns. This is likely more about you cannot bring guns to the arena.That's the part I was curious about. The article is really vague.
They can probably even ban things like sports hunting under the guise of it being recreational and unnecessary like jet skis. But there is no way they can say you can't have a legal licensed weapon on your private property. That would be unprecedented.
This seems like a "Gilbert Arenas" type rule if anything...
@Ronnie Lott was talking about superseding the constitution, then said the players wouldn't agree to this, but both are pretty wrong. Clearly we shytted on his constitutional argument. Now with the "players wouldn't agree to this" shyt, seeing how the agreement in principle is already in place, safe to say the CBA is ready to pass with the final vote.
