lol damn, i thought paying $930 a month was a lot for my apartment.
im paying 900, im considering saying fukk a house and just investing all my money. landlord has shown no interest in raising the rent on me, she's in another state :dead:

every condo i've looked at, even if i somehow bought the fukking thing in cash id STILL have to pay at least 500 a month for taxes and condo fees, which is the same services you "get" with a rent payment anyway

Bucktown, U.S.A. (Harlem, NY) + 'Cuse, NY
1 bedrooms going for about 1.5k-1.6k for average folks

Those numbers are skewed that high cuz of how expensive manhattan/Brooklyn/LIC is
That's what the NYC haters in TLR don't understand :yeshrug: those aren't just regular basic apartments with your typical kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & living room.

When you walk inside of them it's bigger & more to it somewhat like a loft/condo and obviously the price is aimed towards Times Square / Wall Street working class type people :yeshrug: and the average six figure person.
