And i bet that one-bedroom apt is split among 3 roommates which is same old story that NYers LOST :mjlol:I'm sorry im just too picky about my personal space to ever live in NY.
And i like the place...to visit, yes. But to live? :scust:
I live in a 4 bdr 2 bth house all alone and i feel it's barely enough space for me so I refuse to get a roommate unless i absolutely have to. I couldnt imagine living how my cousin who lives in Brooklyn (Canarcee) is living. Grown ass men living with a roommate (tho a relative) in a 1bdr basement apartment underneath a "brownstone" or whatever they call it. Their space is probably less than 600 sqft. They basically have huge board and a china furniture that's basically a makeshift wall and it partitions the living-room to make space for dude's bed. :hhh:
What kinda women are giving these cats any p*ssy in a damn living-room partition?

I keep trying to convince that mofo to leave NY and move to GA or FL but he refuses. I'm like "doggy you are NOT winning here. It aint like you'd be committing career suicide by moving since you're still working a shytty job at the fukking JFK airport making minimum wage handling luggage. Move in with me in GA until you get on your feet you aint gotta pay for shyt while in my home either. I'll give you 6 -12 months to get on your feet"
But noooooo. Moter fukkers wanna beat their chest and be able to say they live in NY so badly:francis:. Like homie, you aint even from there, but okay.:yeshrug:
Oh look what we have here.. another one of those.. new day, same shyt. :coffee:
you sound mad out of touch and affected as fuk :fire::slapfight:

Even the container homes are dope. Instead of coughing away that much every month I'd rather just build something myself or have those guys do it and pay a reasonable cost. Instead of the sticker prices people are paying for something thats much cheaper to build if you look at material costs
Live in a Tupperware castle, brehs.

Anything decent on the East Coast from Maryland on up to NYC, you're paying at least $2,500+. Stop- this is not enlightening. The real estate market in DC, NY are comparable both have increased. In the south, of course it's cheaper. Rather pay more to live in NY than down "yonder" or the west coast. That's not my thing. And yes, I'm paying for certain amenities in each place. YOU LOST.. with your cheap living way out azz. California dreaming and shyt...
:umad:

I dont pay a dime in SanFrancisco. Thats company property or i stay with my fren.

I cant lose :whew:

$4,000 tiny home

It's not the cost of the material that's the problem, it's the location.

im paying 900, im considering saying fukk a house and just investing all my money. landlord has shown no interest in raising the rent on me, she's in another state :dead:

every condo i've looked at, even if i somehow bought the fukking thing in cash id STILL have to pay at least 500 a month for taxes and condo fees, which is the same services you "get" with a rent payment anyway

Why not buy a house? Pay it off and only thing you gotta worry about is property tax which might be $200-$300 depending on where you live.

Damn. My old apartment was only $1200 for 2 bedrooms and a front/back balcony. I know I’m in little ole Delaware but sheesh.

It is what it is tho .. you gotta pay and play and New York is where the players are.
