There was roughly 4 million Af-Ams in 1860. The number is around 42 million today.

You mean 42 Million Black people right? Granted majority of that are "African American" in the ethnic sense, but with America taking so long theres a ton of mixing that have gone on and all black people check off the same thing when reporting race.

For the case of the United States I'd say every black person who can trace an ancestor within a min 150 years or more that lived in the US should get Reparations from the US.

That said, literally every black on this planet should be getting Reparations from every nation involved in colonization, slavery, and proxy wars set off in these nations but thats a topic for another thread.

They could give black people tax cuts or make us not pay taxes at all. That would be some form of reparations. However, I could see racist local governments use this to not give us services like sanitation, firefighters, infrastructure spending since we don't pay taxes. Tax exemption could also be a form of reparation.

The biggest mistake that Congress did was not pay back slaves the same generation that slavery ended. Now, it's a big, confusing mess that many black folk never kept record of, now demanding money from all the businesses to 40 + million blacks and even biracials on top of black immigrants.

I bet you that if/when them reparation checks start being cut, many whites and other people will suddenly call themselves black.
