Yeah n Cali we have the Governors grant that basically pays for 2 yeay college for low icome. but I think what the president is proposing is more geared for the kids stuck in the middle and adults going for retraining or a degree

I started to write an entire dissertation on it but I decided to keep it simple....its very relevant to the culture and economics of colleges in the US of A even community colleges compared to the Culture and Economics of the system of higher learning in some Scandinavian cac country...it will never work here on a national level..now if some state wants to take up the initiative using state revenues thats fine
