just realized i've been fukking up machine names. But nonetheless, I'm getting stronger. When I mentioned rowing machine, I really meant the cross trainer. When i started out, i couldn't last 4 minutes on it. Next go round I lasted 7 minutes, and gradually now made it 15 minutes using the interval setting. Before then I tried to use the actual rowing machine, can't get that shyt to a science yet...maybe 3 or so minutes. Started off with 20 minutes on the eliptical to get my heart going.
If I keep at it, I'm sure i can make this a habit... really trying to be serious with this. It's only been a week
