Because apparently, just trying isn't good enough for people. I guess I don't come off as someone to take seriously anymore.

Anyway, my thighs are screaming. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday, 4 minutes of the rowing machine and used the remaining 25 or so learning some of the strength machines (leg extender, that curler thingy and the thingy you pull down on… I forget the names). Could only go today for 45, so another 30 on the elliptical and I made it to 7 on the rowing machine (that shyt is so hard).

The pain is only temporary.

just realized i've been fukking up machine names. But nonetheless, I'm getting stronger. When I mentioned rowing machine, I really meant the cross trainer. When i started out, i couldn't last 4 minutes on it. Next go round I lasted 7 minutes, and gradually now made it 15 minutes using the interval setting. Before then I tried to use the actual rowing machine, can't get that shyt to a science yet...maybe 3 or so minutes. Started off with 20 minutes on the eliptical to get my heart going.

If I keep at it, I'm sure i can make this a habit... really trying to be serious with this. It's only been a week

Haven't been going enough. Gonna try for 4 times a week. Gonna go another level in eating healthier

Well first, how much is too much for a gym membership. Been looking around for an affordable gym but the cheapest I've found is 54 a month. Don't got that kind of money really. Someone recommended that I just start jogging outside, but that thought terrifies me seeing that I know I'd be able to jog for all of 15 seconds and then gasping for air, and then the thing with people being able to see and laugh this big girl struggling to run… I know these sound like excuses but I'm honestly trying to overcome them so I can actually see some results. For now I've just been walking more.

I'll add some more when I think of them
Do you have a Golds Gym or 10Gym close to you? They are a lot cheaper than other places. Golds doesn't have the fanciest of machines or the widest selection, but if you're looking for treadmills and a decent selection of stationary machines, it's not bad.

also...waiting for my workout clothes to come in the mail....nikkas bout to roast me cuz the shyt aint nike but oh well
Not really, because I believe most of them have gotten a nip/tuck of some sort, so I just focus on looking the best I can.

You already ahead of the game in that regard. Takes folks a WHILE to ween themselves off of soda and juice. Some people drink juice and soda like water. Finish playing ball, and sip juice....

I stopped soda cold turkey, but with juice I weaned off it with crystal light. And gradually started adding less drink crystals until I just drank water straight.

The only downside is I pee like a madwoman

I got a two month membership with anytime fitness that included two consultations with a personal trainer for $60, in which someone helped me get. That was the most affordable I can get. Once those two months are done in march. I gotta look again.
Not really, because I believe most of them have gotten a nip/tuck of some sort, so I just focus on looking the best I can.
I got my dream shape, but for now I think I'll just be happy going down two sizes.
