Haven't worked out all week, giving my body a rest because I've been exhausted, and my legs STILL sore :heh:
I try not to go more than 3 days without doing some form of exercise or I'll fall back into my old habits. :mjcry:

My hamstrings have been on fiyah. Can't even bend ova :noah:

I can't exercise until I feel mentally ready.My body and mind are exhausted...

I cheated yesterday T.T but not today! i only ate cereal (the sleeping meds i take have me knocked out - depending on what time i take them) so i might only eat twice today. I'm also trying not to eat out of boredom./..and i think I'm doing good. I haven't cracked yet.

Another question. Which one should i do? Workout dvds or the gym? Like. I love the Jillian Michaels dvds i have but i feel like if i was in the gym. Id push myself to a fuller potential.

Do you prefer machines or classes? Do you like working out alone or in a group? Does your local gym offer much? Is it really expensive? It depends what your preferences are and what you're willing to commit to it.

machines for now. I just said "fukk it" and went to the gym for the first time. And I'm in love with it! it's not really expensive. it's $20 a month for all access so that ain't bad. They have other memberships but I think I'll stick to the month to month since in winter I'm going to stick to DVDs. a small update. but I've been doing good not eating junk food and now that I'm going to a gym, I feel :blessed::banderas::myman:

Started back running. Can't only do about 1 mile and some change right now. Thing is I don't get tired but my legs be on some :mjcry: since I havent done it in so long. Any tips

I want to get running myself. I am too afraid to use the treadmill and trip, so I have been waiting for nice weather. Now it is here and I haven't gone out! Plan to spend this weekend OUTSIDE!

Getting a job at Golds Gym was probably the best thing to happen to me. Been working out so much.

Wed I had a really really bad day.. I went to the gym and worked out 3 times lol

6.43 miles this morning using an interval technique. I kind of want to go out again tomorrow for another long run but my legs are like :usure:

Lower body workouts like squats or lunges and then just being consistent with the running. The longer you break the harder it is to get back
