I can't exercise until I feel mentally ready.My body and mind are exhausted...I try not to go more than 3 days without doing some form of exercise or I'll fall back into my old habits.
My hamstrings have been on fiyah. Can't even bend ova![]()
Do you prefer machines or classes? Do you like working out alone or in a group? Does your local gym offer much? Is it really expensive? It depends what your preferences are and what you're willing to commit to it.Another question. Which one should i do? Workout dvds or the gym? Like. I love the Jillian Michaels dvds i have but i feel like if i was in the gym. Id push myself to a fuller potential.
machines for now. I just said "fukk it" and went to the gym for the first time. And I'm in love with it! it's not really expensive. it's $20 a month for all access so that ain't bad. since I havent done it in so long. Any tipsLower body workouts like squats or lunges and then just being consistent with the running. The longer you break the harder it is to get backStarted back running. Can't only do about 1 mile and some change right now. Thing is I don't get tired but my legs be on somesince I havent done it in so long. Any tips
