I did P90X a few years ago with my coworkers. It sucks but it is much better than Insanity (in terms of intensity).

I've been going hard with my hula hoop and mixing it with other strength training moves and it's actually been fun. Last night I did a 5x5 of tricep dips, bicep curls, push-ups and 3 mins of hula hoop in each direction. My entire body was sore this morning though![]()
