i havent done any kind of exercise in about 6 months, how can i ease into it again? , my clothes been shrinking :mjcry:

Yeah it's ridiculous.:mjcry:.like seriously lol the length of the workouts sucks too. A whole fukking hour of this shyt?! :why:

What did you start off with first? I'm going to attempt it again

My week went Core Synergistics, Cardio X, Shoulder and Arms/Ab Ripper X, Yoga X, Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X, Keno X, Rest

I did P90X a few years ago with my coworkers. It sucks but it is much better than Insanity (in terms of intensity).

I'm giving the p9ox lean program a go :( ugh why do these workouts have to be a damn HOUR?! Jesus Christ...

I've been going hard with my hula hoop and mixing it with other strength training moves and it's actually been fun. Last night I did a 5x5 of tricep dips, bicep curls, push-ups and 3 mins of hula hoop in each direction. My entire body was sore this morning though :sadcam:

I walked into my gym today to find out they put up a new class schedule. They took away my Thursday afternoon mat pilates class :damn: I LOVED that class.
