I keep my calories below the minimum during the week so if I eat like 100 extra on the weekends, I'm still good
it's getting through workouts thats the hard part
I have to get ready to go to work but I'm just sitting here cuz I'm so sore
well I want my body to use the fat on my body as energyIf you find it hard to workout you may not be eating enough. Without enough food, you usually don't have energy. I like working out but I find I eat like a small horse afterward.

Ran 70 miles this month, but my food habits/vacations (Taste of Chi) have kept me from seeing any progress. Hopefully, I can get my diet right next month.

17:59 (8:58 per mile). I've been a lot slower this month since I've run so many miles. I usually run in the lower 9 range comfortably.

No. I took my very first run on September 1, 2013. Since then I've run at least a few times per week.
Not running track as a teen is a regret of mine. I think I could have been good at it...
Will power, and Want power. If you exercise at home, take a few minutes(ex when their is a commercial on tv) and do a quick lil workout. Are you still feeling exhausted after work?How do you find the motivation to exercise during the week? My body is just so exhausted after work these days.
