I've been trying to get an hour walk in at least 4 days a week but it was so damn boring so I added in jump rope intervals this weeks and I think it's going to kill me but it's a lot of fun. My legs, shoulders and arms are burning. It's no joke.

Soooo I didn't lose the 10-15 lbs by New Years (lost 7 instead). Wasn't trying too hard so I'm not surprised.

Goal is to be more disciplined next year and lose this last 35ish??? lbs by late May/early June and maintain for the next 6 months????

I want to start getting swole once I'm done losing but I think it would be a good idea to just maintain for a little bit before I get too fancy with it. Idk.

I decided to revisit HIIT. I hated it when I tried it at Lucielle Roberts, but I guess it's OK now. I'll keep at it for now.

OAN: I keep saying I want to get back into yoga, but I never make that move.

My auntie made me 2 sweet potato pies out the blue and I'm pretty much the only person here who eats it :mjcry: I'm supposed to be low carbing it.


Gonna go jump rope for 2 hours so I won't feel bad when I go in on this pie :mjpls:

i pulled an ass muscle in my lower left cheek....eh, maybe a little over a month ago. i've stretched, even tried rubbing the area with my own hand, but the ache still persist. my girl told me i should take vitamins and that it is probably an old muscle breaking down as a new one builds over it. a friend of mine suggested that i get a message, but i have an ass complex and don't like random hands on it.

has anyone else had a long lasting butt muscle ache that they couldn't seem to get over, if so, how did you deal?
