I'm nowhere near that level, I'm just an everyday lean trainer breh, and I haven't been at it that long. Going on 3 years now.damn you buff as fukk breh, you compete in body building?

Going on 3 years now.I think you should give it a try, boxing will really unlock your training game to the next level, and you'll get a nice cut as well.I’m scared to do boxing cause the gym I go to for zumba and my glute class dude don’t be playing but my Zumba instructor (my sister ) is really trying to get me in there. I’m sooo nervous tho
I’ve decided to give it a try starting next week; two sessions a month& it’s gonna work out well with me doing a weight loss competition at work.I

I would love to do that! I might have to settle for pole tho the way my wallet is looking. Maybe if they have a deal on groupon.I’m starting aerial silk classes in exactly 30 days. I’m sooooo excited, I know it’s going to be fun. The studio I’m taking classes at does silks and hoop. The only downside is that it costs $170 a month![]()

I found a place near me HomepageI wanted to do pole too but I’ve been wanting to try aerial for a while and figured I should just do it, I don’t have time to do both because I’m going to be doing the aerial classes 5 days a week. I can always start pole at a later date

For unlimited classes its as low as $129 a month, depending on the contract. Or $269 for 20 classes.
They do silks, hoops, trapeze, yoga and dance. I think I might do it and just cancel my gym membership.

aww why did this thread die![]()
