Lol @ you thinking the king was ever gonna leave there without his hand after having traveled for a month to get all the way up to Winterfell.

You sound just as foolish and naive as Catelyn Tully :heh:
Ned's a grown ass man, dawg:francis: If Robert was truly his friend and had a modicum of respeck for him he wouldn't force him to do shyt. He could have escalated either one of his brothers to the position of Hand of the King. So again, none of this shyt goes down if Ned listens to Cat in the first place, so the rest of y'all need to stop with this "she freed Jaime" stuff.

@Ziggiy

The "spoiled brat" had the majority of the room agreeing with her:francis:Littlefinger wasn't a guarantee, and Sansa, just like with Ramsey, knows the danger of being involved with Baelish in any shape way or form. So again, this is a bunch of coli nikkas upset because a girl opened her mouth. Y'all say the fate of humanity is at stake yet want to quibble over Sansa disagreeing with Jon in front of bannerman. If the stakes are that high then you shouldn't be caring about decorum, it should be about making the right decision no matter whose idea it is. Plus y'all are acting like Sansa suggested killing off the entire line of Umbers and Karstarks. She just said don't reward them castles. She was 100% legit. In a fight for the fate of the world do you really want people fighting alongside you who you can't trust? There's also an easy compromise here where Jon makes it clear he won't tolerate treason but also shows that he's merciful: lift two loyal houses up to the positions formerly held by the Umbers and Karstarks and move the Umbers and Karstarks to those now vacated lesser houses. You tell them the alternative could have been banishment or worse, but that the North takes care of its own. That's what leaders do, listen to counsel regardless of present company. Leaders compromise. I could've sworn y'all nikkas stayed bytching about Dany being impulsive and not listening to anyone. Maybe if Jon had talked to her about it in the first place she wouldnt have had to interrupt him:francis:

Sansa slapped a kid that still was getting breastfed until Littlefinger blew his mom's back out then threw her in the bushes from the top floor. Her only W ever.

What did Robert tell him on his death bead? Ned's more of a brother to Robert than Stannis and Renley. Ned's a grown man, but grown men don't refuse King's orders keep their heads in this world. :stopitslime:

my theory.

the reason the white walkers are invading again after 1000s of years is because every winter the nightking must be replaced by someone new. that's the pact they made to end winter last time but that part of history was lost. that's why they are trying to invade and kill all men.

sam will learn in his books that someone from the North with Stark heritage must sacrifice himself to turn into the new nightking causing winter to end. It'll be Jon :mjcry: ..... the white walkers go back and wait another 1000 years. dany sits on the iron throne. bittersweet ending.

the prince that was promised :wow:

So Ned's more of a brother to Robert than Robert's own brother's. But Ned refusing a request would have resulted in Ned losing his head. Sounds like an awesome brother:mjgrin:

She had the majority of the room agreeing with her because that was standard protocol. Jon went against standard protocol, which was the right move. Sansa's suggestion in itself wasn't "wrong" and I never said otherwise, it's when she went against Jon's decision that was the issue. First off that was Jon's FIRST major decision as King Of The North, and he had sound reasoning (not needing anymore scheming or bad blood when the focus needs to be on White Walkers, NOT political bickering) and she not only went against him, she straight challenged him. It's not that she needs to shut the fukk up BECAUSE she's a girl. She needs to shut the fukk up because she has NO expertise WHATSOEVER and she's still thinking small.

I'm glad you brought up trust because that is one of the main cruxes of my argument (which you ignored) Sansa has already PROVEN herself untrustworthy, and to a dangerous degree. She literally manipulated Jon into battling Ramsay under the guise of NOT recapturing Winterfell but SAVING Rickon (the LAST living heir to the Stark name as far as both of them know). Sansa wanted Winterfell all along and wanted revenge on Ramsay, her brother be damned. Ok, let's say we forgive that based upon her past trauma, I can understand how her rape and torture at the hands of that lunatic would make her have bloodlust for Ramsay. But to allow Jon and his army to ride out to battle undermanned when she had the Vale army in her back pocket is simply unforgivable in its self serving entitlement. She put Jon's LIFE in danger and got several thousand men slaughtered because SHE wanted to be the hero.

And the "Littlefinger isn't to be trusted" argument is complete And utter bullshyt. She went and spoke with LittleFinger and he told her straight up "ill do whatever it is YOU ask of ME". We (the viewers) also saw LittleFinger manipulating the little boy King to help Sansa. So even if Sansa didn't 100% know that LittleFinger would help. Her going to ask and TELLING Jon changes the strategy entirely. He and Davos would have had more men and more of a battle plan to prep. Instead Sansa's "council" was "Don't do what he he wants you to do":gucci: what the fukk kind of council is that breh:wtf:

So, not only is Sansa not trustworthy. She has no expertise in battle, strategy, or politics. So again, who the hell is she to be arguing with Jon in public again?

I know the show won't go into every little detail or conflict of post-battle politics, but Tormund and the rest of the wildlings should all be furious:pacspit: at Sansa for letting them go into battle while she held onto key information. To them, it would look like she let them get wiped out as a strategic move, and lowkey got rid of thousands of wildlings.

I mean, after the massacre at Hardhome and the battle for Winterfell, 100,000 wildings has been grinded down to what...several hundred? Maybe a few thousand? And from Tormunds POV, all of you bytchass lords stayed out of the battle and kept all of your men while we all mostly died, when we didn't have to because Sansa held back knowledge of an incoming cavalry?

He already looks at southerners as schemers and backstabbers, so he should be hurt that Jon's sister never mentioned in any of their war councils that she had contact with Littlefinger and his army.

Tormund should be ready to chuck her ass in the bushes:camby:
