I bought the legendary edition (actually got two, one for my son for his bday)
Game crashed around 6 am Friday morning and I lost my player along with all the vc I invested in him
I've put in NINE tickets, still no human response... I've talked to two people at the Microsoft chat line as well as one person over the phone who all said they can't do nothing for me because 2k announced they would handle all these issues
The supposed phone number for 2k support is down
They either owe me my money back or at least 325k in vc
I'm so frustrated it's not even funny
The whole point of the legendary preorder and all the vc was to get a head start!!!

They claimed I got my player back but I didn't
He was still a 60 they said if I play thru a game then it'll revive character
Didn't work

I hate when players go for fancy layups instead of just finishing. I had a wide open lane and IT decides it'll be better for him to reverse layup with no one in front of him and he gets blocked

I mean like on the baseline, instead of just laying it up, he'll do a reverse MJ style. It's an animation problem, it's like doing a layup instead of dunking
