The shooting in this game be making me want to break my crontroller
Its like if you don't got a perfect release you're gonna miss the shot 90% of tye time
Its also crazy that it seems that shot goes in more when my release is early or late more than it does when it says my release is good
I got a 7' stretch big,currently 87 overall and Im about 25 games into my season and only got a bronze deep range deadeye and bronze catch and shoot badges so far
Kinda want to just quit mycareer and just start a franchise but I don't want to waste my money(yes i paid for VC)
This is more than likely the last time i buy 2k
I don't know why you can't play your season games offline since you're just playing the CPU
I cant stand the lag.That shyt fukks my shot up
Its the reason why i haven't played this game online in years.
Forcing you to deal with that lag playing your season games is just dumb
myplayer used to be damn near perfect,why'd they have to go and ruin it

you have probably one of the worse builds, next to post scoring PG...like why? I mean it's not awful but I believe you can't even get a HOF deadeye with that build, so what's the point?
I'm assuming you're 1st skill is 3 and 2nd skill is 3pt too...if so you get catch and shoot, corner specialist , and pick and popper...and gold for dead eye
i'm going a bit harsh, if you're having fun with the build then its cool but it souonds like you're not having fun with it...

Stretch bigs aren't OP like they were last year but they're still good builds
And naw my stretch big isn't a pure sharp,hes 3 & D
1st skill is 3,2nd skill is defense
Don't really care about HOF deep range deadeye
I don't really take super deep 3s
I usually create a SG,this is my first time making a PF
I do kinda wish i had chosen shot creator or ball handling as my 2nd skill over defense but my nikka still a beast
He can't dribble for shyt so i have to depend on my teammates to get me the ball in the right spots
Im on the Lakers and Lonzo is a great passer so it's working out well right now
Im averaging 31/14/5 along with 2 steals and 3 blocks
My only complaints is with the shooting
In practice or at my apartment i can hit consistently because there's no lag but during games i cant shoot worth shyt
Also you're basically forced to buy VC
I originally tried to grind without it but they either wouldn't put my nikka in the game or I'd on get like a minute of PT
Im not a Park player so without getting PT I couldn't improve my player
I had to buy VC just to get playing time
shyt like that is why i say this is probably my last time buying the game

you don't have to buy VC IMO. 3 point shooting big men aren't a good build that's probably why you're struggling. You can't create your own shot and you max out at what high 70s or 80s for 3s? Also when in the game is it lag or is it because you're not standing on one place and shooting. Practice moving and pulling up instead of set shot shooting. My big man is has like 4 bars on mid range and I can make jumpers
also, you might want ot change your jumper and practice with it. For a big man, a base of LeMarcus , 1st shot of Lemarcus, and 2nd shot of Kevin durant blended at 70/30 seems to be a pretty good jumper for a big man.

here's a builder you can put yours in, it's #30 of #35 in best center builds and #161 overall (out of 189). You can see that your max 3's basically cap out 80...there's another breakdown that shows the difference between standing 3 and moving 3. it's pretty average but alll of this is nullify if you have the rhythm of your shot down. I seen guys in myparkw ith 60 3pt, hit litearlly every shot they took.
Seems like you're stuck on 88 for a really long time.

is there a way to change the lineups before the pre game screen? (for example, theres usually a quick, bench, tall etc that i edit before each game but i wanna do it before the screen pops up to save time)

It really doesn't matter what your 3 point rating isCan someone explain to me why a post scoring 5 can shoot 3s
i swear unless you are a paint protector you can shoot 3s
all you gotta do is get a perfect release and you'll hit every time no matter what your rating is

game is god awful.
shyt wants you to do what it wants you to like you dont have a controller in your hand.
animation suction is fukking ridiculous. it only happens on defense when you try to move your player to help on the ball handler.
im trying to go left got a whole half of the court to move into that direction and it creates an animation to stop me in my tracks. why?
feel like ball handlers like kyrie and james harden are centers with the lack of crossovers your able to do.
the input movement threshold is too high. they did that to try to simulate weight i guess but it does nothing but make every player feel like you're controlling big pun.
