Can't believe so many nikkas are complaining about an OPTIONAL STORY MODE in a BASKETBALL game. They don't care about playing against each other with All-Time Teams, MyLeague, or any other mode. Just crying about VC and Ronnie2K.

Been playing against each other with all time teams for years. Thats a new feature though.

Now im no nba live stan but breh is right. 2k is getting shytted on for their corna ass storyline, the fukkin clichés and their shady tactics. (Putting everything behind a pay wall)

Live is a great fukking game too though so I most definitely notice the solid competition over there, but 2K still has a extremely large advantage, period. They are on the right track and if this is the beginning of another 3 year plan then they started out better than ALL sports franchises except the original NBA 2K

Only reason dudes wanna know those attribute numbers is so they know how high they need to put it so they can cheese and speed boost for 15 seconds .....Complaining about the story of a sports game is so damn ridiculous too, all i can do is ....niccas want friday night lights level writing for a sports videogame

Took me a while to understand it too. As a MyLeague/Play Now Online guy, how sim the game is matters to me. My ultimate concern is how good is the Human vs Human 5-on-5. My cousin only plays MyPark. Jetpacks, doing the famous dex, and speed boosting matters to him. I really feel like the sim/fantasy parts of the game should be split apart. Like how you used to have Madden/NFL Head Coach and FIFA/FIFA Manager back in the day.

For point guards especially your player is potentially useless if you can't speed boost...it has nothing to do with cheese and everything to do with how 2K designs their games. This year they're priding themselves on "attributes mattering", so it's pretty important that they give that info up before you use VC...

At a certain rebounding attribute level you unlock certain animations that can allow you to sky for rebounds. Imagine making your player too short and/or heavy and now you don't get those crucial animations. You would have wasted x amount of VC on that character and have to make a new one . With how money hungry 2K has become I can't support nikkas wasting bread/time on shyt they gonna have to remake .
