Vs the CPU, yea, the game is programmed like that, especially on HOF. But as far as online head to head or Pro AM, ect, they completely fixed the rebounding.

I haven’t played all the 2k’s in recent memory(played 15 on PS3 and 17 on P4), but 17 was great if you just play park and pro am.
How the hell do you shoot properly on the PS4? It was so much easier with last year's game.
