Listening to music is ill-advised but not a deal breaker.


You also need to ask yourself why you're doing it in the first place. Mindless fasting is pretty useless. This is supposed to be a productive month.

I was contemplating changing my 2 a days and just going around 7:30-8pm every night but you just gave the confirmation I needed. Also (this might seem like a dumb question) but aren't I supposed to give up music as well?
