I don't, I use subtitles, although with Naruto I've read the manga and watch the anime to the point where I know what's going on in the musical/live action without subs.
Also, you watch enough anime or Japanese television in general and you pick up on things.

I asked b/c I was reading threads about that stuff on lsa. A lot of them on there are like that too. Maybe most people like that come to message boards to talk is what I was thinking.
