Is a recipe really healthier when the fat and calories are slashed to less than half but now its high in carbs, sodium, and cholesterol?
It depends on what type of diet you're doing. If it's low carb, then probably not.
The special K protein plus cereal that I like used to be only like 10g of carbs and then they "improved" the flavor and shot it up to 14g or something like that.
