So I went to a hair salon to get a cut instead of a barber and the woman that did my hair was pretty fresh. Her hair was short as well and she cuts her own so at least I got to see her work. Even with a wash she only charged me $20 but I gave her $30.

Do you guys have severe sugar cravings?

I can't be the only one who is struggling to eat sugar in moderation, but the cravings are soo intense I cave every time.

It's normal. My best friend has PCOS. All women with it are insulin resistant (to some degree) and that causes the sugar cravings.
