I just scored on some deli turkey. Nitrite free and apparently these turkeys were fed a vegetarian and hormone free diet. It was half off because the sold by date is the 19th. 50 cals and 12g of protein. Jesus be a sandwich.
Tomorrow is our devil team breakfast and I'm almost hoping boiled eggs are on the menu but that's not likely. I'll be opting for coffee.

I survived that devil breakfast!! 
had a cup of coffee and bottle of water.
Carbs EVERYWHERE. Motherfukking muffins, crossaints, bagels. The only saving grace was eggs and bacon but I ate a big breakfast on purpose and wasn't hungry at all. Only 2 inquiries as to why I wasn't eating and the one was from the guy I have a crush on and the other was from the little old lady whom I really like. Will power was on swole. I did want to lick a muffin top though. Just lick all over the top and let the sugar sink into my tastebuds.
Thou shalt not eat food not apart of your eating plan. The 12th commandment. I have an 11th one that states Thou shalt not go to the beach on 4th of July.
