I was craving some bbq so i whipped up some baked ribs, mac n cheese, and collard greens. woulda made some cornbread but ran out of eggs

I follow this book called 28 day jumpstart that has recipes but basically I try to eat protein, grains, veggies, and fruit for every meal and drink 64 oz. Of water everyday.
I just recently changed my workout to 5 days of strength training and one day of HIIT cardio. I did upper body and core today
leg day and core is tomorrow

IDK if ur following these chicks on youtube but look at her results in only 5 months time
I'm basically eating what she's eating but I still have dairy, I'm tempted to actually try the challenge. I'm already doing round 2 of fitgirls on instagram and doing fit affinity workouts

My little boy is doing great! He's growing up fast he'll be 8 months old this month....*sigh* I wish I could keep em small forever.We're having MAJOR issues getting little man to sleep without me. I think I may have fukked up with this co sleeping thing

i put her to bed pretty much everyday then put her in her bed bout couple hrs later she wakes up out her toddler bed runs into my room crying

at my peaceful sleeping and put her back to bed while watching tv kicks in my insomnia some more god knows when i go to sleep while she falls asleep pretty quickly90% time if i even attempt to put her back in bed the minute i pick her up she wakes up crying

i cant win in this situation till i can truly get her to really stay in her bedno wonder my mom calls me MOM & DAD for my kids

Sleep in her room with her for a couple nights. Just until she goes to sleep or give her your tshirt or something to sleep with that has your scent. I used to sleep on my daughter's floor, set my alarm then wake up in the middle of the night and leave.u might be outta luck i am

she has stayed in her bed overnight before but it rarely happens she just loves to freaking cuddle with me or lay on top of me shyt is insaneguess my past came back to haunt me I've always been told I'm great to cuddle or lay on it puts u to sleep and makes u feel at ease
Well it's not going to happen over night, you're going to have to try over and over and over again. She needs to know there is a time to cuddle but at night we need to sleep in our own beds. I can relate 100% to the sleep thing. We co sleep too and its a nightmare when I'm not there when he's ready to go to sleep. I'm kicking myself for not letting him learn to self soothe when he was younger. if you figure out a solution let me know because i need my "me" time back
This 22 years age difference isn't fair
