I follow this book called 28 day jumpstart that has recipes but basically I try to eat protein, grains, veggies, and fruit for every meal and drink 64 oz. Of water everyday.
I just recently changed my workout to 5 days of strength training and one day of HIIT cardio. I did upper body and core todayleg day and core is tomorrow
