I just took a bipolar screening test and the results were I'm not bipolar or depressed. I just go through normal ups and downs of life. Im confused.
I just took a depression screening and it said I'm severely depressed. shyt even I acknowledge that its there but finding help is the problem.
Its like apart of my life now which is bad. I can go thru the motions all day like clockwork. When i mention it to people the automatically think suicide and straight sadness.
Did you talk to a professional or was this done online? If it's the latter I wouldn't go off of that. Honestly you know yourself better than anyone, even a therapist. If you feel you need help seek treatment.
