Get a protein in however you can. Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs - those are quick and portable to grab as you run out the door and eat at work. Protein breakfast keeps me better satisfied and fueled/functioning for hours more than a carb breakfast.i know this but still i couldn't bring myself to make breakfast before work.
