- I found a beach 24 mins from house and I'm going to go tomorrow. Pack a few sammiches or some tuna salad and just head out. fukk waiting on other people.

-Today was such an epic fail. My daughter had an emergency appointment because she had a rash on her back which ended up being ringworm so she couldn't go back to daycare because she was contagious. Which meant I had to miss work. I felt guilty so I just sent an email really quickly to them because I didn't get home until 10am and that's the time I said I was going to be in work. I'm sure I'm fired.

-In happier news my orthodontist said I'm doing well with my braces/treatment. That made me smile.

I've just been so stressed and overwhelmed and frustrated with work, bring broke as fukc , life, ect.

I am usually a happy go lucky person and smile all day everyday, but every now and then something will make me break down and I start crying about everythig. and will cry for hours until I fall asleep.

I think I bottle things up

How do you deal with stress and feeling overwhelmed at times ?
